The Seller Dashboard is the main control center for managing your digital products, monitoring sales, tracking earnings, and accessing seller tools on WhatDigit. This guide provides a complete overview of each section and how it helps you operate as a seller.
1. Dashboard Home
When you switch to your seller account, the dashboard homepage displays a quick summary of your performance.
This includes key metrics such as:
Total Sales
Net Earnings
Withdrawable Balance
Total Views
These statistics give you an instant view of your store’s activity and performance.
You will also find charts showing:
Sales statistics
Views statistics
Top selling items
Top purchasing countries
Top referrers
These insights help you understand buyer behavior and improve your product strategy.
2. My Items
The My Items section contains all the products you have uploaded to the marketplace.
Each item displays:
Thumbnail
Item name
Category
Regular and extended price
Approval status
Published date
You also have action buttons to:
Edit the item
View analytics
Download your uploaded file
Delete the item
This is where you manage your entire product portfolio.
3. My Balance
The My Balance page shows your available earnings, pending amounts, and total withdrawn funds.
You can monitor how much you can withdraw and track your earnings over time.
4. Purchases
Even as a seller, you can buy items from the marketplace.
The Purchases page displays everything you have purchased along with options to:
Download your files
View the purchase code
Generate a license certificate
Request a refund
Write a review
5. Transactions
The Transactions page records all financial activity related to your account, including:
Earnings
Purchases
Marketplace fees
Withdrawal actions
Payment confirmations
Each entry includes subtotal, tax, fee, total amount, type, status, and date details.
You can also download invoices or view transaction information.
6. Referrals
The Referrals section provides your unique referral link.
You can share this link on social media and earn commissions when new users register or make purchases through your link.
This page includes quick-share buttons for multiple social platforms.
7. Withdrawals
The Withdrawals page shows your earnings available for payout.
You can submit withdrawal requests and track:
Pending withdrawals
Total amount withdrawn
Available balance
If no withdrawals have been made yet, an empty state message will appear.
8. Tickets
This page shows any support tickets you have submitted as a seller.
You can view ticket status, messages from support, and reply when needed.
If you have not created any support tickets, the page will display an empty state.
9. Tools
The Tools section currently includes License Verification.
You can enter a buyer’s purchase code to verify the authenticity of a license.
This is useful for sellers who provide external support or need confirmation before delivering updates.
10. Settings
Seller settings allow you to manage your profile and account details.
