After purchasing a digital product on WhatDigit, you can download it instantly from your Buyer Dashboard. This guide explains where to find your purchases and how to download files, view your license, and access your purchase information.

1. Log In to Your Account

Go to the WhatDigit website and log in using your email address and password.
After login, you will be redirected to the Buyer Dashboard.

2. Open the Purchases Section

In the dashboard sidebar, select the Purchases option.
This page displays a complete list of all digital items you have purchased on WhatDigit.

If no purchases have been made yet, the page will show an empty state.

3. Locate Your Purchased Item

Each purchase entry includes the following:

Product thumbnail
Item name
License type
Support expiry status
Purchase date
Purchase ID

This helps you easily identify your downloaded products.

4. Download Your Files

To download your item, open the action menu next to the product.
You will see several options depending on the item:

Download
Purchase code
License certificate
Request a refund
Write a review

Click the Download option to receive the product files immediately.

The files may include:

ZIP archives
PDF documents
PowerPoint presentations
Google Slides templates
Keynote files
Images and media files

Depending on the item type, your download may contain multiple components.

5. View Your License and Purchase Information

From the action menu, you can also:

Open your purchase code
Download your license certificate
Verify licensing details if required by the seller

These details confirm your ownership and rights to use the product under the selected license.

6. Re Download at Any Time

Once purchased, you can re download your item anytime directly from the Purchases section.
Your downloads are available permanently unless the item is removed due to licensing or policy violations.

7. If Your File Does Not Download

If you face issues such as broken links, corrupted files, or incomplete downloads:

Check your internet connection
Disable any download blocking software
Try downloading again
If the issue continues, contact support using the Tickets section
