If you are not satisfied with a purchase or experience issues with a digital product, you may request a refund directly from your Buyer Dashboard. This guide explains how to submit a refund request and how to track its status.
1. Log In to Your Account
Go to the WhatDigit website and log in using your email and password.
Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Buyer Dashboard.
2. Open the Purchases Section
From the left sidebar menu, select Purchases.
This page displays a complete list of all the items you have bought from WhatDigit.
Find the item for which you want to request a refund.
3. Open the Action Menu
Next to each purchased item, you will see an action menu icon.
Click the icon to display available options such as:
Download
Purchase code
License certificate
Request a refund
Write a review
Select the Request a refund option.
4. Submit Your Refund Request
A refund form will appear asking for details.
You may be asked to provide:
Reason for refund
Description of the issue
Proof such as screenshots or error messages
Submit the form when ready.
Your request is now sent to the WhatDigit support team for review.
5. Track Your Refund Status
Once the refund request is submitted, go to the Refunds section in the left menu.
Here you can track:
Your pending requests
Approval or rejection status
Support messages related to the request
Updates will appear in real time as the support team reviews your request.
6. Refund Approval
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment service provider.
7. Refund Rejection
If your refund is rejected, the system will display the reason in the Refunds section.
You may reply or open a support ticket if you need further assistance.
8. Important Refund Guidelines
Refunds are considered for issues such as:
File not working
Corrupted or incomplete download
Missing content
Misleading description
Refunds are not granted for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Not reading the product description
Using the product and then requesting a refund
Each request is reviewed based on WhatDigit’s refund policy.
