The Buyer Dashboard is the control center for all your purchases, downloads, payments, and support activity on WhatDigit. This guide explains each section of the dashboard so you can manage your account easily and efficiently.

1. Dashboard Home

When you log in to your WhatDigit account, you are taken to the Buyer Dashboard.
Here you can quickly navigate to your purchases, transactions, support tickets, and personal settings.

The dashboard sidebar includes all key sections arranged for quick access.

2. Balance

The Balance section displays your available wallet amount.
This amount can be used for:

Purchasing digital products
Paying fees
Future wallet-based transactions

If your balance is zero, you can purchase items normally using available payment methods.

3. Purchases

The Purchases section contains a complete list of all items you have bought from WhatDigit.

For each item, you can:

Download the product files
View your license certificate
Check your purchase code
Request a refund
Write a review

If you have not purchased anything yet, this page will display an empty state.

4. Transactions

This section provides a full record of your financial activity, including:

Purchase IDs
Subtotal
Taxes
Fees
Total amount
Payment type
Status
Date
Invoice and transaction details

The Transactions page helps you keep track of your spending and download invoices whenever needed.

5. Refunds

The Refunds section allows you to:

Submit a refund request
View refund status
Check rejection or approval messages
Track communication related to refunds

Refund requests must follow WhatDigit’s refund policies.

6. Tickets

This section contains all your support requests.
You can view your open and closed tickets, responses from the support team, and communicate directly with WhatDigit customer support.

If you have no tickets, an empty state message will appear.

7. Settings

The Settings area allows you to manage and update your account information.
It is divided into multiple tabs:

Account
Profile
My Badges
API Key
Password
Two Factor Authentication
KYC Verification

Each tab offers important options such as updating personal details, enabling 2FA, generating API keys, uploading a profile cover, verifying your identity, and more.

8. Logout

The Logout button safely signs you out of your account, ensuring your data remains secure.
